Is there a setup fee?

Nope. None. Nada. We don't charge a setup fee for opening a store on Noozhoo.

If I cancel before the 14 day trial period is up will I be charged any fees? Nope. Nothing. We offer a no risk free trial. Create a store, post products, and even start selling and pay no monthly fees for 14 days. Standard transactions fees on all sales apply but we have to be able to pay the credit card companies their fees.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, create an account and start selling just by entering some very basic information. However you will need to add a credit card in order to keep your store open beyond the 14 day free trial period. Don't worry we will send you an email reminder.

How do I receive payment for my sales?

Noozhoo will direct deposit your sales after transactions fees directly into a checking account of your choice electronically at the end of each month ($50 minimum per transfer). If you prefer we can also mail a check to you as well ($3 processing fee per month applies).

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. We hate to see you go but you can close your store from the "Account" section of your store admin tool. Contact us if you have any questions or if there is anything we can do to help.
