David Grubbs

David has a passion for helping others find ways to use their passions to make a difference in the world. Some would call him a work-aholic, while others see this as an execution of pure joy. With each item that's checked off on the to-do list, a happy dance ensues. While other team members may get discouraged by more "remember the milk" items added to the list, he is our cheerleader that gets the vision casted, the final code coded, the press release released, the sales document documented, and the Skype calls called.

He is excited to see Noozhoo expand to campuses nationwide and aspires to one day create an international presence with philanthropic educational services for developing nations.

Sada Chidambaram

Sada Chidambaram has managed two venture investment entities in Silicon Valley, USA; the first, the corporate strategic investment vehicle for ASCII Corporation and the second, Prospero Ventures, a federally licensed SBIC. Mr. Chidambaram has more than 30 years of industry experience and 16 years of venture investing and strategic business development experience

Sada Chidambaram a founding partner of Prospero Ventures (Prospero) was recruited from Tandy Corporation by Kazuhiko Nishi, the founder and President of ASCII Corporation (ASCII), a Japanese corporation. Mr. Nishi and ASCII Corporation are credited with galvanizing the PC industry in Japan, and later beach-heading Microsoft in Japan.

Mr. Chidambaram, an early player in the PC arena and involved in the launch of Tandy's TRS-80 microcomputers, established ASCII of America (AOA) in 1988 and remained as its President through 1999. ASCII rapidly developed a network of strategic alliances with emerging U.S. companies in Software, Semi-Conductors, ASICs, video-compression technologies, and PC/video-telecommunications, often augmenting the relationships with direct equity investments and promoting new relationships between ASCII's U.S. partners and its many strategic partners in Japan. Mr. Chidambaram served on the Board of Directors of ASCII and in 1997 recommended and obtained board approval to spin out the venture investment activities into a separate standalone venture fund, ASCII Ventures (AV), re-named Dotcom Ventures in 1999 after the spin-out from ASCII and which, after the Dotcom bubble, was later re-named in 2001 as Prospero Ventures. The fund applied for an SBA license in late 1997 and was successfully licensed by the U.S. Federal government as an SBIC in late 1999. Prospero Ventures was a member of the NVCA.

Mr. Chidambaram has served as a director, as well as an investor representative, on the boards of several companies, including ASCII Corp., Information Storage Devices, 8X8, Inc., International Datacasting Corp. (Ottawa), Nexgen/AMD, Power Computing, Salon.com, Cyberbills, nCommand. He also serves on the boards of Kiwi Ventures, Milan, the first Italian technology fund and the Angels' Breakfast Club of Silicon Valley.

Mr. Chidambaram holds an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry from Loyola in Madras, India.
